Ben je van plan vanaf volgend seizoen je lidmaatschap op te zeggen (ivm vertrek naar andere club of je stopt simpel gezegd met rugby), geef dit dan vóór 18 juni door aan het secretariaat via een mailtje naar info@rcbokkerijders.nl
Vermeld in je mail alsjeblieft  je naam, adres en je geboortedatum en de reden van je vertrek.

We  kunnen dit vervolgens in onze administratie verwerken – én doorgeven aan  Rugby Nederland-  Je ontvangt  van ons voor het komend seizoen géén rekening voor de contributie meer.

Dit gegeven is m.n. belangrijk als je in voor een andere club gaat spelen. Zonder een afmelding bij de RRFC (een zogenaamde ‘clearance’  ben je niet speelgerechtigd voor je nieuwe club ( niet in Nederland of elder in de wereld.)

if you plan to cancel your membership from next season (due to departure to another club or you simply quit rugby), please inform the secretariat before June 18 by sending an email to info@rcbokkerijders.nl
Please include your name, address and date of birth and the reason for your departure in your email.

We can then process this in our administration – and pass it on to the Dutch ruby union. You will not receive an invoice for the contribution for the coming season.

This is particularly important if you are going to play for another club. Without a cancellation from the RRFC (a so-called ‘clearance’, you are not entitled to play for your new club (in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the world).
